#NotAgave is a sophisticated alcohol-free spirit inspired by the distinctive character of blue agave distillates. The nose opens with fresh herbal notes, citrus peel, and a gentle vegetal brightness reminiscent of roasted agave. On the palate, lively acidity and subtle peppery spice are balanced by green herbs and a touch of earthy minerality. The texture is clean and structured, delivering complexity without sweetness. Suggested Cocktails/Mocktails:

Virgin Margarita  — 45 ml #NotAgave, 30 ml fresh lime juice, 15 ml agave syrup (or simple syrup). Shake with ice and strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Paloma Zero — 50 ml #NotAgave, 20 ml fresh lime juice, 10 ml agave syrup, top with grapefruit soda. Build over ice in a highball glass, stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a pinch of salt.
Agave Mule — 50 ml #NotAgave, 15 ml fresh lime juice, 10 ml agave syrup, top with ginger beer.  Build in a mule mug or highball over ice. Stir lightly and garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
Ranch Water — 50 ml #NotAgave, 25 ml fresh lime juice, top with sparkling mineral water
Build over ice in a tall glass and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.
