Born of a unique 50% Rebula, 50% Chardonnay blend, hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. Mare Santo’s Cuvee Prestige is a remarkable Slovenian wine, aged uniquely for 12 months (24months for the Premium release) at a depth of 20 meters in the Adriatic Sea, which imparts an extraordinary character. In the glass, it presents a radiant golden hue with flecks of brilliance, hinting at its depth and complexity. The nose is beautifully layered, offering aromas of ripe orchard fruits like pear and golden apple, mingled with delicate sea minerals, a whisper of wild herbs, and hints of toasted vanilla.

On the palate, it is both lush and lively, with a perfect balance between freshness and a creamy texture that highlights flavours of apricot, citrus zest, and a touch of salinity.
