El Capitán
El Capitán is the Peruvian version of the classic Manhattan cocktail, but made with pisco instead of whiskey.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of pisco
- 1 ounce of sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of Agostura bitters
Preparation:
Add all ingredient to mixing glass with ice. Stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
